As a result of this stimulus the realisation of the northern and the southern Kranhaus has been tackled. Here, the middle Kranhaus leads the way in two respects. Being in the centre of the development of the triumvirate the Kranhaus1 brought about the long time hoped-for starting point in the northern Rheinauhafen by the laying of its foundation stone in October 2006, the development of which to one of the best office locations in Cologne has progressed a lot since then. DEVELOPMENT PARTNER AG has already successfully realised the projects SILO and ECR in the southern part of the Rheinauhafen.
